Fitness Tip of the Month
Fall is a great time to get outside and see the beauty of the Northwest. Hit the trails at St. Edward State Park in Kenmore (on your bike or your feet) to get solitude, plenty of hilly terrain, and a great trails for all levels of fitness. A Momentum favorite!
In-home and on-site personal training is available from certified personal trainers. Prices vary according to each trainer's experience (education, level of training by certification, and years of training experience.
Personal Training Services Offered:
Reduce body fat and increase lean muscle mass through a combination of aerobic activity, strength training, and dietary modification.
Shape and sculpt your body through intensive and focused muscle toning and strength building exercises.
Develop your aerobic capacity and cardiovascular system with walking/ running, swimming, stair climbing, and cycling programs. Increase your energy level, burn calories, and increase your longevity by strengthening your heart and lungs.
Sport Specific Training:
Getting ready for your sport season? Conditioning for your particular sport means you are ready to go when the season hits. Combines strength, conditioning and flexibility training to meet your needs.
Bad back? A focus on your abdominal and lower back muscle strength can help you avoid and alleviate back problems.
Increase your overall flexibility with a comprehensive stretching program. Trainer assisted stretching can increase flexibility beyond traditional stretching methods.
For Moms Only:
This group is for mommies and new babies ONLY. Training is outside (weather permitting) and is done with babies present. Includes aerobic conditioning and strength training. Group meets 1-2x/week for a 60 minute session.
Fee: $20 (A minimum number of participants is required).
Group Classes change from season to season.
